To redeem, go online and redeem your prepaid card using the form at coxreward.com within 90 days of installation with the Offer ID 2316241. Your prepaid card will be sent to the mailing address or email address submitted on your online redemption form. You must maintain your qualifying services and keep your account active and in good standing (no past-due balances) for a minimum of 90 days and through the date your redemption request is processed.
Limit three offers per account. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your prepaid card or 48 hours for the email containing your virtual code, after the 90-day validation period.

How about porting from Tmob to Cox mobile. what's the process?
How is their service in SoCal? anyone has an idea?

Also, why is the price $829? isnt it $799?

For the rebate, are you all submitting it 3x on rewards website? I don't see anywhere to specify which line I'm submitting for (seems to be at account level).

Has anyone stopped by a Cox store to see if they offer $1000 iPhone trade-in credit like the other major carriers? Is it possible to combine with the $500 card?

Apple also sells it for $829, I think the $799 price is if you sign up with the top 3 service providers (AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile)?
As for the service, they use Verizon.

My friend works at COX so here's all the details about this deal:
  • You need to have Cox Internet to qualify
  • Max 3 lines per account (so $500x3 = $1500 total)
  • You need to have 90 days of Mobile Service to qualify for $500 (cheapest is $15/month for pay-as-you-gig plan, unlimited calls and texts)
  • Phone is unlock as soon as it's paid off. Example: If you paid in full, phone is unlocked and you can port-out immediately but you aren't qualified for the $500 gc

Thanks for the info. Was going to do it but don't have cox internet. Otherwise seems like a great deal.

Do you need to submit the reward 3 times or will it show $1500 automatically, if you preordered 3 phones? I spoke to the loyalty department and I even they were not sure if one would get more than one $500 reward and how. There is a restocking fee of $30 for return.

This is not true, Cox has a 60 day lock on all purchased devices. Even if you buy it outright it is carrier locked for 60 days.
