I did this deal with rp on 14 max. Over 2 months waiting for stock. By that time visible bf deal was better. Cancel the "preorder" and got visible

In your account, when you switch to 360 plan, make sure the phone's IMEI shows up as the phone you're using. For some reason, it didn't show up for my wife. When I went to request an unlock after a year, even though we were customers for a year, and I showed receipt that I bought the phone one year ago, they kept saying it wasn't in service for a year because it wasn't showing up on any account. It was a hassle and I kept having to go back and forth. They finally did unlock it, but it took a bunch of time. I usually request unlock, sell the old, buy the new, but it is turning into more hassle than it's worth.

Yes, extremely so. I live in an area with great AT&T coverage. AT&T Prepaid gives me 391 Mbps downloads INSIDE my house. I contacted RP many times for help while on the annual plan and every time they told me I had to enable and disable airplane mode. It would fix things for a short time (a day or so) and then it was bad again.

The worst part was that the phone still showed good signal strength. So I THOUGHT I was online. Then I'd toggle airplane mode and multiple iMessage and emails would instantly flood in. Missing important messages was more than I could stomach.

If they'd fix their network I'd give them another chance.

I purchased 20gb/month annual plan from their website few months back but I don't see an option to upgrade device ? Is there something I can do to get the discount on this existing line

Do we need to be on a monthly plan to get this discount ?

I opted for Visible last year as their unlocking period is substantially lower. That was worth the peace of mind in case the service was unacceptable.

If you have an older iphone to trade in, apple gives you a decent amount for it. I got $450 for my 12 pro max so my 15 pro max ends up being $749.

Oh I don't like to hear that! Have the same issue on the Verizon RP side however I will say it is not RP's fault as the same thing happens on the Visible $25 plan. Works great until you get in a crowd then you might as well turn the phone off because data is unusable. I am in the process of getting what I need to test ATT on RP to see if it is better but it doesn't sound like it based upon this post.
