I do have an international trip planned, not going to risk it.
If I go to Apple Store on 9/25 (is this the first date of the phone release on market?), I can buy and get the new phone without preorder it?
Do you know how long we have to activate it after it arrives?
I get the phone and the RedPocket service just doesn't work in my area.
I can't return the locked iPhone because their refund policy says opened iPhones cannot be returned.
So I have to keep the phone for a year and pay $20/month on an unusable phone before I can get it unlocked. (Plus port my number back to spectrum on my old crappy phone) So now the iPhone has cost me $240 more and I'm annoyed.
I thought the "try free for 14 days" included the phone but it does not.
Am I overthinking it?
