Why on earth would you want crappy built in speakers on a monitor? Get decent stand alone speakers or a good headset. This is an actual quality monitor, not some midrange POS.

Owned this since Dec 2022. Highly recommend! Text is crisp and clear. Games look fantastic. Recommend a high end graphics card to make this sing!

Is this a true 10-bit panel?

Also wondering if this is the same AUO panel used in Benq EX3210U or MSI MPG321UR-QD.

Lemme get that taskbar burned into my $1500 monitor!! Sign me up!!!
If someone is specifically wanting an OLED they know what they are getting into and the pros and cons. For mainly gaming & media consumption burn in isn't as much of a concern, and you can auto-hide taskbar.

I don't have an OLED TV or monitor (do have iPhone and Switch w/ OLED displays), but I do still use plasma TVs. I even have a PC running Windows hooked up to one of the plasma TVs, but I'm always just launching a game when I use it on the plasma TV. Still no burn in after 14 years with that TV, granted OLED is different but the concerns about burn-in are the same.

Mines just arrived, very satisfied. Using it for pc and 4k Xbox gaming.

Upgraded from LG 27 inch ips 60hz, was waiting for price drops for bigger ips sizes and high refresh rates. Had previous ips and VA panels.

Got a refurbished BenQ MOBIUZ EX3210U 32 from ebay for $500. Tried it for a week but issued a return due to sutck pixels on unit. Speakers were unexpectedly great and sounded comparable to a higher end portable Bluetooth speaker.

Overall I like the dell better. Cleaner monitor trims and stand, matches 600 nits in hdr, and higher sdr nits (400 VS 300) compared to the benq

No local dimming zones make this a bad option for any HDR application.

The WBGR 42"+ LG OLEDS are a grainy mess because of the nonstandard subpixels. Almost nobody talks about it but it's extremely important if you care about text clarity at all.

It'd be nice to find a ~32" RGB OLED.

Full disclosure, I don't own either monitors. But spec wise your 27" is 4K also, so text would be sharper on yours (higher PPI==smaller pixels). So really depends on your size preference, i.e. if you would rather have everything larger compared to how it is now.

This also has high refresh rate, which is mostly just for gaming. If you're not gaming then there's not much advantage to this one.

Thinking about buying a long term monitor for working (mostly excel) and some light gaming. Is this a good monitor for those use cases, or overkill? Do you guys think this monitor will cut prices more? Or should I just wait until black Friday and there will be better deals? My price range is around 300-600. Appreciate any advice!

It was $350 (refurbished) last year right after BF on cyber Monday with 16% CB when I got it. It was really like brand new. I would wait.
