I'm on iOS, already a member at Sam's and have the app installed. When I click the link it opens up the Sam's app
How can I avoid that in order to get the code or link
In CA, it's not even worth it to get in line and wait for Costco gas during peak hours.
You're saving, what, maybe $5 once a month?
Doubling up on must haves and going longer between trips is far more economical.

They pay their employees better!
Employees stay way longer, they almost never quit. My friends and family who work there, have been there over 10, 15 years.
I applied once but had to start at the bottom, doing shopping cart duty. But once you get past that phase, it's better. I didn't have the patience to wait.
Benefits are incredible! Their stock option plans are now worth $350,000 to $600,000+
I doubt any floor worker at Sam's has that much in Walmart stock.
This is why Costco service >>> Sam's service. The employees have skin in the game.
There, fixed it for you because your entire post is the POV of an employee and not a customer. I could care less about stock options or anything else about the employees.
If you do everything through the app (use scan and go, avoid in-store services) the only way they're going to catch it is if the primary lives implausibly far from you.
