I got in the Dyson $200 deal last time. I had high expectations and hoping to receive like new item. The item came clearly as lightly used. A couple of nicks on the hairdryer. Accessories were in wrinkled plastic wrapper and with scratches but still can be seen as used. Hairdryer is 100% functional at least. So I would say I am only 90% satisfied. I was expecting better, similar to refurbished conditions like what Apple offers but clearly there is a huge gap. Some other people received DOA and some received pristine condition so it's really by luck. But that's says Dyson does not have excellent quality control on refurbished. Buyer beware. If I knew what I was getting, I probably won't jump in on the last $200 deal even thought it's cheap.

Yea seriously, I'm a guy and my mom gave me one of these last Christmas, it took over 40 minutes to dry my hair with a $30 dryer, this does a more thorough job in 15 minutes flat and the attachments are a game changer
