I do have KingCamp Double Self Inflating Sleeping Pad Thick Camping Foam Pad Portable Air Mattress High R Value, 3 inches Thick L 79"x W 50" for $126.99 from Walmart (https://www.walmart.com/ip/639366690).

It's comfortable, holds pressure and it's worth ~$130 but I wouldn't call it self-inflating. I always use external pump to inflate and deflate. But even that it's much better than regular mattress.

I have the Klymaloft Double Sleeping Pad that is 53" wide and that is hard to sleep 2 comfortable This is 3 inch narrower. Also, Klymaloft Double Sleeping Pad regular price is around $250. I purchased my for around $180 when on sale at Costco last year..

I retuned it few days back. It is not only very hard to roll back but also it is huge even in the carrying bag. It is bigger (almost double) than my tent bag.. The quality is good though.
