This may be YMMV, but cheaper if you do it piecemeal through Bedbathandbeyond.com (now owned by Overstock). For example, I just added these two to my cart and the site offered me a 12% off coupon:

I bought this toilet for the toto bidet I bought along with auto flush. It has been a year and it's a dream. No clogs and the toilet is always clean, just light cleaning every few months. I am very happy with the purchase and this is a great deal that you can add a bidet to or keep it as is.

Just installed two of these last month, absolutely love them. Note that there are a total of three bowl configurations:
Tall ("Universal height") +round (model number 775F)
Tall+elongated (776F)
Standard+elongated (776, non-F)
There is no standard round.

Standard is about 15" ground to seat, tall is about 1" higher so about 16" (I think 14.75" and 16.25" or something like that). I'm 6'1" and prefer the tall. My 5'6" wife has already gotten used to it.

Agreed. The 1.6 also has a larger water spot, so less... staining... on the sides of the bowl if you happen to be sitting for a while.
