It has never clogged.
This year (after 7 or 8 years of ownership) I had to replace the valve cap assembly and flapper.
They were easy to replace and not all that expensive.
I have city water and it is very hard water. They probably would have lasted longer with unchlorinated soft water.
That is the only issue I've had.
About once a month I berate myself for not forking over the extra money for the new one with non-stick surface.
I am looking for 12in so there is no gap between the back of the toilet and the wall. Their chart on the Amazon link shows them all 10in if I understand correctly? Thank you for your help!

I sold a Drake 1.28 after a few weeks and went with the Toto Ultramax one-piece. Never had a clog and much better bowl design, not mention easier to clean as it is one piece.
