Toto Drake Round Universal Height, $127.58 (bowl only, you decide which bowl you want: tall/round, tall/elongated, or standard/elongated): https://www.bedbathandb
Toto Drake 1.6gpf tank only, $105.09: https://www.bedbathandb
-12% coupon: $204.75 plus tax (YMMV, otherwise $232.67), free shipping. Fulfilled by Build.com, which is Ferguson's website (another reputable retailer)
And here's the tall+elongated bowl, if you prefer that. Looks like it's about $20 more expensive, but still a bit less than Amazon with the coupon: https://www.bedbathandb
This is how I got mine last month, and you may get even better coupons.
Edit: just played around on the site and got offered a 17% coupon, so the total with the round bowl is $193.12+tax. Elongated is $224.84.

Also space savings. Many Japanese live in very large cities in very small (by USA standards) homes. Why waste precious square footage when you can combine the sink with your toilet and save money on water at the same time?
This would be derided in America. I could see the sensationalist fox news articles now about how they are coming for your bathroom sink.
They do sell attachments on amazon if you wanted to add one but they all look pretty cheap.
It has never clogged.
This year (after 7 or 8 years of ownership) I had to replace the valve cap assembly and flapper.
They were easy to replace and not all that expensive.
I have city water and it is very hard water. They probably would have lasted longer with unchlorinated soft water.
That is the only issue I've had.
About once a month I berate myself for not forking over the extra money for the new one with non-stick surface.

I am looking for 12in so there is no gap between the back of the toilet and the wall. Their chart on the Amazon link shows them all 10in if I understand correctly? Thank you for your help!

1.2 is just not enough water to flush cleanly.
Most times you can take the risk and squeeze it in, but will probably end up cracking eventually which won't end well. Not a big deal for people with a large toilet area but for me with limited space, its good because its closer to ~11.5
