HD's comes with seat but CSR didn't catch the difference. Others have said they PM to HD successfully without them catching the seat issue

Don't know what to tell you. I checked with CSR on chat first about PM. She had me give the Internet number and model number from HD, then provide the link to Amazon. Came back and yes they would price match. Waited while I placed my order then she adjusted it. Haven't heard anything to the contrary yet. The earlier you get the PM in these deal the better though. I was probably just lucky I got a clueless CSR
Just buy it from Amazon. Same price. It's not like I scored a super cheap deal. Just ordered from someone that can handle it a bit better than Amazon if it's broken
