Meh deal. These are common around this price. We have this one which has double the surge protection (1800J) sans 1 usb-c for a usb-a which is perfectly fine for us.

Unless you need 2, it's twice the price, has one less USB port and no side outlets. Seems pointless.
Regardless, unless these devices (whether directly plugged in or wired) have UL approvals, there's always a risk factor, since the internal wiring and components aren't certified for the ratings specified and they can easily overheat and potentially burn. If they're UL approved, it's generally mentioned in the description (since it's a selling feature). Obscure brands (such as this one) are a good clue that they're missing the UL certification (although there are some exceptions).
