If you're not already in the M12 ecosystem I wouldn't buy into it for the installation driver. It's has weird ergonomics. The D handle gets in the way in tight spaces and the button for changing direction is way up on top in an uncomfortable place to reach. I have this one and the dewalt one and the dewalt is just easier to use.

But there are pros and cons to each ecosystem. That's why I have both. For the ratchet the M12 battery form factor makes more sense.

It's the same exact sale that's getting reposted every two days.

I don't think Home Depot has ever carried it. I've only seen them for sale oversees, never in the US

Same. It lets me pick the oscillating tool tho, but I don't want that.

hack it by listing the rachet on FB-MP or 3bay with the charger if you don't need it. many people want just the rachet so should be easy to flip

It's different, but it's also the first 'drill' I generally reach for. It's designed to be held with a slightly modified grip - with your thumb / forefinger "pinching" the drill head and your middle finger pulling the trigger. That way your thumb can easily move up and select the direction. Again, different... but I've had drills in the past that can be accidentally bumped into 'neutral' or even all the way into the reverse - that's not exactly great either.
