Nice. I'm really contemplating this. Hmm. I still have several TB of ssd but sometimes you get asked to do a project and 500gb later you start looking at this drive 👀
If you're referring to the 970 evo plus, a guru3d test comparison chart showed it registered max temps of 65c, while the p41 registered 55. I'm personally seeing low 50's myself on the p41 in a gaming laptop and can't tell any slowdowns from using it as a gaming drive daily. I can't comment on reliability yet, but so far so good.

It's below the recommended speeds but I believe people have said that it works. I personally would use the P44 for peace of mind, eventually games are going to need the faster speeds that the P44 offers.
I guess tomorrow , someone will post a new thread on it.
