This isn't really a practical EDC or work knife, but if you have a need/want for an inexpensive dagger/boot knife like this then it is a good price for it. It will open boxes with the best of them, and 7Cr17MoV stainless steel is fairly tough and durable for a budget steel. Won't hold an edge for long if used a bunch, but will be easy to resharpen. The leather sheath with a retention snap and belt/pocket clip is a nice touch. 4.7" of double edge blade is nothing to sneeze at, likely illegal in many places (especially if concealed), and hard to convince a cop that you are carrying a knife like this for work.

But, PLEASE, don't think this kind of knife makes you a bad-a$$ and will get you out of trouble. Knives are very had to use for self-defense unless you are trained. Better you carry pepper spray or a stick, if legal, and work on your situational awareness. Creating distance and avoiding a fight is better than winning one.

Don't understand the downvotes, if you get free shipping this is a decent deal. $32 MSRP is a joke, though.

EDIT: sorry for getting preachy, which I tend to do when knives like this are posted. You're all big boys and girls and probably don't need to hear it from me.

same. I have had to confirm I still want it twice. I have also had 2 delivery dates including today where it said it was coming but now I got the delay in shipping and we will email you when we have a date.
