Will Chase match the increase in cash back offer if it's within 30 days of sign up? I signed up for this card and got it last week when it has $750 cash back.

Update: So you have to call Chase and get a rep to notate your account regarding the request to match the increased offer. The rep will notate the account and asks you to call Chase back once you have met the 6k spending requirement. Chase will then open a request for the extra $150 to be added to your account which will take 4 to 8 weeks to show up. But you HAVE to contact them now so they can put a note on the account about your request to match the increased reward offer on their record.
You have to create a business account, then link your personal account to the business. Can't link business to personal. I've tried multiple times with Chase reps
If you have any other Business Chase cards you can ask via phone or secure message that they transfer credit from them to this one. Keep in mind if you max it out then pay it off each month you could still do it with 3K limit.

No brained transfer to Hyatt point each worth 2 cents or more. easy to find category 5 hotel in Europe under 15,000 points a night off season.

I already have an ink cash and ink unlimited. Is it better for me to close one of them and then apply again?
or the chance is higher to apply for the preferred version with $95 annual fee?

This card doesn't have an annual fee.

Also you can cancel for cards that DO have one -after- it posts (cancelling before can sometimes lead to a clawback of the bonus)

If I go through the referral link, it shows $750, however without any referral, it comes up as $900. Is that how it is?

NO.
They approve/disapprove you based on your income and credit score.
They don't check whether you have a business or not.

Not true, I was asked to upload an ein approval or sales tax cert

You must have applied as something other than sole proprietor... most of the folks do SP so you only provide SSN, not EIN, and they rarely ask for any evidence of any kind of having a business.

You can call Chase and ask them to match the 900 bonus. They will put a note on the account and tell you to call them back when you hit the 6k spending requirement billing cycle. They will add another 150 dollars worth of bonus points into your account. It's called a "bonus enrichment" request. Even if Chase refuses the extra 150, you can add another 200 to the 750 for a total of 950. So you'll still come out ahead. PM me for info.

Any other tips for maximizing points for travel? Still kinda new to the CC game. Right now just trying to rack up as many points as possible then do some major traveling.

I already have a Chase Ink Business Cash and Chase Ink Business Unlimited, can I still apply for another Chase Business Unlimited and receive the bonus?

If not, can I cancel one and then immediately apply for that same card?

Hyatt is the only hotel partner worth considering, everyone else gets you <1 cent a point.

For airlines generally google "Best use to chase points to X" where X is wherever you're considering going and you'll find half a dozen or more pages from the usual travel blogs (TPG, millionmilesecrets, etc) with suggestions.

Typically transferring to airlines for coach fares will get you similar value to Hyatt transfers (2ish cents a point, sometimes more or less depending on circumstance).... the highest values will be business and first class fares where 4-8 cents a point is not uncommon (but you have to be someone who values the upgrade at least a little for that to be "better")
