Before anyone asks, no you can't get a referral and 90k points. Its the 90k, or referral of 40k + new card 75k bonus.
These check 5/24 but do not count towards it.

Also, looks like these cards are churnable. So do you cancel the card and reapply every 3-4 months?

Yes. You can get 90000 points if you have a CSP or CSR card which you can use to transfer to partners. You can combine all your chase points under one account.
You don't even have to churn these cards. You can apply a second card ( same card) and if approved will get the bonus too.

Outside of 5/24 is there any limit to how many of the Ink Biz cards and/or bonuses you can get in one calendar year?
