Before anyone asks, no you can't get a referral and 90k points. Its the 90k, or referral of 40k + new card 75k bonus.

No. Received an email a week after I applied that I was approved.
Im not sure what dictates instant approval but me and wife were both instantly approved when we applied.
You can login to your account and review all the charges. For each monthly bill, Chase breaks down your spending and adds them up for you. Make sure you track your 6k spending requirement CAREFULLY and surpass it by at least a couple of hundred dollars within 3 months just to be on the safe side. If you missed the 6k spending requirement within the required time frame, their system WILL automatically deny you the 900 sign up bonus and they will not negotiate on this. So track it like a hawk! Don't let them deny you the huge sign up bonus.
