Do you trade the phones at time of deal or ship later?

Can I upgrade a line to an eligible plan while at Costco or do I need to do it before?

Does the existing line trade in with $1000 pro stacked with $100 gc last through October 31st?

They don't stock phones in Costco. They will ship it to your house. 1000 depends on phone you trading in and that's for new clients. Existing get 830 for most phones.
New customers get 1000 plus 250 gift card. Per line.

I see. I hear diff things from different reps. Verizon rep told me it's iPhone X and newer. I am thinking that deals would get better by Black Friday? Maybe I'm wrong. Should have pulled the trigger. I have the Xs max and starting to act up. Apple telling me I need to upgrade

Do we have to activate the phone right after it is received, in order to be qualified for the $1000 or $830 credit? And when do we have to mail out the trade-in phones? "within 30 days of purchase" or "within 30 days after the new phone is received"?

Anyone able to successfully trade in an Iphone 4? I went to two Verizon corporate stores
and they couldn't figure out how to take the phone. I guess the Iphone 4 has an MEID number and not an IMEI number and no SIM card so no one can figure out how to get it accepted. They
have the option for iphone 4 but it kicks out the MEID

I was able to trade in iPhone 3G and that had IMEI under Settings -> General -> About. There are some websites and "calculators" that compute the IMEI from MEID. Not sure if this is going to work for older phones, but for the newer phones (I have), you could enter the 14 digit MEID number, on one of these webistes, and it generates the 15th digit.

At least on the newer phones (I have), the first 14 digits of IMEI and MEID are the same.

Received the phones. Ordered on Monday (estimated shipping Nov 24) Received them today.
2 pro max 15s. Only problem is they sent the return envelopes and 2 shipping labels but no indication of which belongs with which phone...

I was thinking of maybe putting both envelopes in one box and only using one label but not sure if the weight will be covered. Both labels are going to the same place. Super confusing honestly. Any advice?

Any one remember the VZ code for porting rebate. Someone posted it earlier but I couldn't find it any more.
I got my 3 phones already and they are Alive with new numbers. waiting for last one arriving tomorrow. Then the porting starts. Costco guy told me to bring to Costco for porting. still debating should I go to Costco or do it at home via VZ customer service help.
One more thing my original receipt never shows the $200 credit for porting. Someone posted earlier that one need to fill in a form within 30 days to get that credit

FYI the costco verizon rep screwed up and didn't actually setup my trade in properly. Fortunately I figured it out after my new phone came but no trade in details came. Called Verizon and they were able to initiate a new trade in for $830 and confirm that my costco $100 gift card was still coming within 90 days. Annoyed the costco verizon rep screwed up but heads up in case others run into this problem.
