This was for 5 new lines. My phones could be turned on so at the Verizon store they told me to turn off Find my phone, and do a factory reset before mailing them in. On the Verizon website, it says any iPhone/any condition. I would confirm with Verizon if they need to be able to be turned on.

My Costco Verizon kiosk had a big banner with $250 Costco gift card on it. I asked when it would expire, they said they always have had it so it may vary from state to state. I made my purchase at the Costco in Woodbury, MN.

I am only seeing $830 for trade in for upgrades. It used to be $1000 for the high tier phones. Did they change this offer?

Also, is it any old phone for trade in now? Maybe that's why they reduced the amount?

The iPhone 15 offers were never $1000 for upgrades (not including account specific loyalty offers).

The previous any iphone and current any iphone/galaxy/pixel offers only applies to new lines.

I helped a family member do this deal over the weekend. 1 line, ultimate plus. I see his 1st bill is $184. I didn't have time to see the breakdown but I'm assuming it has the $35 activation. I don't think they included the $10 credit for paperless billing even though the rep at Best Buy asked us and we said auto billing. I added his credit card and it said the credit would start next month

Verizon told me the corporate discounts are no longer available on the new unlimited plans, only the legacy plans that are no longer available to new customers. Which plan are you on?

Went to Best Buy to port out 4 lines. Rep could only do two. System wasn't letting her proceed with line 3 and 4 and said to come back tomorrow.

Apparently the Best Buy rep didn't use a transfer pin despite me asking if she needed the account passcode or transfer pin

iMessage is all messed up. This eSIM stuff is garbage. I knew eSIM would be a mess when they first introduced it with the 14 series and got rid of physical sims

What's the issue with esim? They were introduced in iPhone X I believe. I have been using esim for a while now and never had any problems.
