I took 2 of mine. I was surprised at how easy it was. One thing I did notice, the rep did not assign a particular device to a line on the account. She just processed the trade but the $1,000 over 36 months did show up on her tablet as successful.

hopefully everything is fine.
On the my verizon app, there is a place where it shows that I will get $1k in credits for all 4 devices spread over 36 months
another thing I noticed, no phone number was assigned to a specific trade.
Just pointing that out since some mentioned that Costco did something similar, that the trade device was not attached to a specific number on the account
i.e. 3 year contract.
