Saw a couple on brickseek with a Philadelphia area zip code listed as clearance, but OOS and no price listed.
60804 shows 3 in stock and price "clearance". Doesn't look discounted online with that store selected, but maybe worth a visit if you're in chicagoland.

I've had one of these for years and it's been excellent. Saved me from buying a lot of expensive filters. Pair this with some cheap bags and you'll never have to clean the inside of your shop vac or worry about fine dust.

Another SDer turned me on to this, but you can get similar "systems" direct from China for dirt cheap (yes I see what I did there). Just don't be like me and get the one without the extra hose. Also, it will take a few weeks to get to you.
