I did this offer and the rep didn't ask for my information. I was told to look out for a email in several weeks about the offer. I also had to look for the $250 code and go to T-Mobile promotion website to add it to my account which I am hoping it's valid.

Rep told me that neither $150 or $250 combines with the 'Switch and Keep' promotion . However on T-Mobile website the $250 rebate does not mention at all that it cannot be combined. Any idea?

Aplogies if I missed the code in the pages I browsed but does any one have the promo codes to submit to tmobile? I had Magenta max and switched to go5g plus and also upgraded 4 devices. Rep said I would get 150 x4 and also 75 x4. Is this accurate? Tmobile via tfoce said they dont have anything like that.

Code is 230214. You need to submit for each of your 4 upgraded devices separately. That's for the $250. No need to submit for the Costco gcs, TMO will do that. It will be 4x$150 since you upgraded phones.

It does say in the $250 terms (all the way down) that it cannot be combined.

I received my $250 Visa gift card from T-Mobile but not the $150 gift card yet.

My submission for the $250 gift card was initially denied because the rep gave me the wrong promo code. But they resubmitted under the correct promo code, and it was approved in a week.

Does anybody know who I should contact for questions about the $150 gift card?

interesting, mine was denied due to 'invalid store' and after I gave them my cosstco ID, it was instantly approved then a day later, status changed to 'received'...

I am currently on t-mobile one with 5 lines, around $120/m, plus get netflix free, so it's $25/line roughly.
Is there any plan for 3/4 lines that beats this number? Something that has phone upgrade options too?
Loved the costco phone promos last few years but it seems they are gone now.

Same thing with me, approved after talking with customer care. How do we check for $150 costco cash card status?

Thanks. That code seems like it is for switching carriers though? I only upgrded plans.

In that case you get 4x$150 + 4x$75. And you should see these rebate submissions (done by T-Mo Costco rep) on the rewards tracker site https://promotions.t-mobile.com/. So you don't need a code. Yes, the code 230214 is for rebates for switching from eligible carriers which is not your case..
