Interesting. The Costco online rep just told me that the T-Mobile promotion has nothing to do with them, and that T-Mobile is just buying $150 Costco gift cards to give away as part of the promotion. Has anybody been able to get this resolved successfully?

Got off the phone with Costco Membership today, and there's apparently a form that needs to be filled out for T-Mobile to give you the $150 gift card. If anybody hasn't gotten their $150 gift card yet, give Costco Membership a call and they should be able to help. Will provide an update when I actually receive the $150 shop card.

Checked the status of my 4x$150 and all has been denied. I have multiple $150 rebates that are showing but only did 4 which is strange because each tells me the same reason for it be denied which is "Payout already issued to this phone number", and I haven't received anything from them.

I called the number at the link provided in the original post 833-428-1765, they confirmed that I'd receive the gift cards doing it over the phone and not required to go to a kiosk. Can anyone confirm this is true? I looked thoroughly on the landing page for the promotion and don't see anywhere that visiting a kiosk is required.

when did you open the account? I opened in Oct first week and still waiting for my Costco rebate. Received my TMobile rebate 2 weeks back.

I ported a number to T-Mobile at Costco but the kiosk employee never took my Costco membership number. I now can only see the $250 tracking but not the $75!

I am assuming that the kiosk guy didn't do it right?

It is not technically required, however BE ADVISED the majority of people who have done this deal over the phone (and not at costco kioks) have gotten all their MC/Visa rebates denied in the past due to a system error (it doesn't recognize the 1833 number/department as a valid Costco store) once that happens the only dept that can help you with this problem is the rebate department overseas, dealing with reps from that department tends to be a nightmare and pretty much everyone ends up taking a $250 tmobile credit instead

I should have listened to the posts and not gotten suckered into this deal. 4 months and 5 long phone calls later still no gift cards. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes a class action lawsuit some day.
