Early October..
I suggested he contact tforce and explain the situation, and they gave him $750 credit for his 3 lines of rebate that got denied.
For anybody who still hasn't received their rebates/gift cards, I encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. SF Bay Area residents can also reach out to 7 On Your Side with Michael Finney https://abc7news.com/michael-finn...rts/47207/. They were incredibly responsive when I reached out.

I got the 'invalid store' message after 13 weeks.
The t-mobile rep insisted that they will have to resubmit and it will reset the processing time.
15 minutes after the call, it showed Approved status, but then after it changed to Received again with submission date of 3/1.

I have the same question, was there a separate form for the $150? I am only seeing the $250 in the T-Mobile reward tracker

How did you receive it, email? If so mind sharing what email it came from?

So far the only store that accepts my TMO visa virtual card is Amazon. It won't even let me add it to my TMO account as a form of payment. Home Depot, Walmart online orders declined it as well. So did the brick and mortar stores when I added it to my Google pay.
So I wonder what other merchants/stores can we use this virtual card.
