I bought a vent-mounted thing like this once and then realized that as phones get larger, they increasingly block the air flow. It's great that the phone is cooled down in the summer, but if you live in a place where you have to use the heat, it's a liability.

I bought this last time. It charges my pro max 14 super slowly. It's ok if you don't need to charge up quickly and you're taking a long trip or something. Otherwise I'd pass.

Plus it may overheat the phone, which is detrimental to the battery life. Wireless charging while driving is just killing the phone.

One thing I don't like seeing in my car is hanging wires so I'll pass.

Your heat should be coming out the floor ducts not the dash vents (heat rises, after all).

While its not the default setting. Most vehicles will allow you to heat the cabin using the floor ducts only. So you are certainly partially correct that it shouldn't be an issue if people are using the more appropriate setting when heating their car.

Yeah very vehicle dependent. Vehicles with manual knobs can basically blow heat anywhere you want. Cars with fully auto systems will default to floor for heat, or sometimes blend floor/vents or floor/def.

This is a 15W charger. You need a 3A device to charge it at max rate. Not sure why everyone thinks they need to jam a charge into their phone - it's actually bad for the battery to be rapidly charged frequently. This is a decent mount, esp at this price so I'm picking up a second.
