Are you still 13 $ Smilie
Good price. However I recommend spending a few bucks more to get a Franklin Sensor that has multiple sensors to find studs.
No. I've had several Zircons (last one was a gift, one of their top models), and they just aren't reliable. I literally have better luck knocking on the wall and listening for the stud. It has worked before, but I think it's terrible on thicker drywall. Sure, this is a good price, but I'm honestly not sure that the stud sensor is "better than nothing".

You get what you pay for. Spend a bit more money and get the 2 best stud finders out there. I always use both of them at the same time and they complement each other. VERY accurate:

Why do you find that threatening? Just a bad day for you?
Things get repeated on slickdeals all the time (and few people feel the need to respond as you did here) - it must drive you nuts. In fact, the HF coupon had already been posted on slickdeals, so you were repeating the info.

Save your money and buy some Swiss Cheese instead of turning your sheetrock into it.

I've owned this kit, or a similar looking kit from Zircon, for almost a decade. It's inconsistent, and often off by a half or quarter inch. It'll think your studs are squiggle shapes. The detection varies by hard you press on it; when you're sliding across a wall, your pressure is gonna vary. When I get a electric/wire warning, I run it a few more times until it tells me there is no wire.

That looks like the T13 on Amazon [amazon.com] just the black bar in the front looks more trapezoid than rectangle. Maybe a newer version.

And how's the 2 models (M150 [amazon.com] and M210 [amazon.com]) with live wire detection? I'm thinking about getting the M210 for that HD price.

Both units have Live wire indicator. Get M150 because it's a lot cheaper and has same functionality.
