I did this deal using my Windows 11 laptop using Chrome and going to samsung.com directly.

I then login to my EPP account and then logged into my samsung account.

I then added the S23 Ultra 256GB to cart and chose the S22 Ultra as trade

I then clicked Continue (not checking the Tablet bundle).

At the Checkout screen, I then go back and add the Tab S9 Ultra and add the Tab S8 as trade.

I then proceed to checkout and all discounts stick making the Tab S9 Ultra $0.00.

Many thanks for replicating. I'm sure I'm going to get a bunch of thumbs down since this deal may not last long, or it's an EPP/EDU deal, or requires trade-in

This seems like a really good deal for folks who only have a Tab S8 or S8+ and wanted a Tab S9 Ultra.

For me, I've been happy with my S22Ultra 256GB but I'm hoping the S23Ultra has a better battery life.

I got the ops deal with the military discount program. When I received the email with the order summary, I noticed the s9u tablet was listed at $0 and the s8u was listed at $396.00 trade in. Did anyone else notice this? Can I just trade in the phone and pay only $396 more

The battery life alone going from s22 series to s23 will be worth it

I went from a s20fe to a s22+ and the battery life was worse with the same usage

Based on lots of reviews, professionally and reddit, it'll be noticeably better

I have an S23 Ultra. Battery lasts longer than my S10+. No problems with the battery life for me.

Yeah I got the 128 S22u last year during the glitch. At first it was fine, but after a few trips my storage is near max. I also like to have movies and a game for traveling

Battery life requires a lot of stuff to be disabled. Like I use LTE only, 96hz, and disabled a ton of apps. All that work for battery life other phones get without changes

I was able to replicate it but with s7fe or s7+ (had to pay additional $100) also got buds2 pro for 50$ lol. Paid $400 for s23u, s9ultra and buds2pro Smilie
