Anyone have a good high res screenshot of the email? Activated a brand new PS5 two days ago and meet all of the other criteria listed on the promotional page, but have to forward them a screenshot of the email? I've yet to get the email itself. PlayStation support creates a ticket for me and requested this...so odd.

I received the email, activated after the offer date, never saw the banner, but the games on the list showed up with "100% Free" to the left of the crossed out price. I was taking my time, trying to decide which to redeem, and I logged on last night and it doesn't say 100% free anymore. Can anyone else who received the email and hasn't redeemed yet confirm if it still shows as active for you?

Be cautious! I just bought a new system and I don't have an email or banner. I've seen on Twitter many people are having issues with this. I just got off the Sony support chat, and they told me it's "Only for a select group". They then ended the chat. Hopefully you have better luck than me!
