I just kept going and going and it just got worse and worse. The first 20 pages at least have good games for consoles someone probably has but after that it's mostly DS and 360 titles. After 40 pages its all dogwater tier games, nothing even worth looking at. I dont think this is a real deal, I think it's just a system calculation these games are basically worthless after "X" amount of time so time to put them up in the death bin.
Im a huge proponent of Physical games, I'll scream this for the rest of my life. However when I see all the trash fire games that GameStop are trying to dump on someone else Im kinda glad dogwater tier games nowadays only take up space on digital stores mostly, little less pollution for their garbage.
Im also gonna blame Microsoft for not making their XBONE consoles not backwards compatible. I cant even pretend to imagine ever owning a 360 at the rate those things would die. If they even bothered to actually make the XBONE read discs from the 360 then maybe people would still try to keep some of their older games rather than having their 360 die and they sell their games.
The deal they had earlier this year was far better and I bought a total of $60 worth of games exactly and got a selection of wonderful games AND only one game had the shit case.

With that said, if you have a GameStop Pro account and get a $5 off reward each month, this is still a great way to use it and get 4 classic games from a local store without paying for shipping. You won't find all your first choices in the same location, but you can usually find 1 or 2 great classic games and several reasonably good ones.
It also depends on the system you have. There are lots of good PS4 games at this price point that will work on PS5, but only if you have the model with a disk reader (which most people probably didn't spend extra for).
How did you come up with this assumption.

I've gotten Cyperpunk 2077 for the 4/10 before too and I'm pretty sure they've inflated that price back up (even before the DLC).

That being said, - in stores stock is WAY more limited (obviously) which makes it hard to find a bunch of good games...and online - $79 freaking threshold for free shipping is STUPID.
