No kidding! This set should come with curbs, guide rails, and pedestrians running for their life.
I recently ordered this set for about $35, but I haven't received it yet. I can follow up once I have it. I also ordered the knockoff Dom's Dodge Charger for about $26.
I believe they've gotten hold of Lego's manuals and are simply piecing together the sets with the only difference being that all mention of "Lego" has been removed from the manual and the bricks.
