Not bad if you want/have tstack, I'd expect a tough system deal for black friday (I think they've pushed from 99 to 149 now for that but I'd probably pay the 50 extra for the new tough system stuff).

Tempted to get this. Similar products from other companies tend to skip putting a lid on the large bottom box. It's only "closed" when you put the 2nd tier on. Which is a weird design decision, since the modular nature of these boxes would imply you won't always need to take all 3 boxes with you.

Does the arm for the main unit close all the way down? I picked up the Ryobi single unit similar to the bottom unit in this deal (https://www.ryobitools.com/produc...3287194919) and I have to put it in the front seat of my car because the stupid handle WON'T go all the way down, so there's no way to fit in my trunk. Stupid design.

It really bugs me how tstack has basically taken over. I prefer (and am invested in) toughsystem, but all I really see everywhere is the tstack stuff.

This is still a good deal for what it is, although tstack does feel more cheaply made than the TS stuff to me.

I looked into both. The DeWalt is better designed and seemed like a more premium product with a warranty backed by a company known for it's quality.
