I got this electric two-prong arc lighter that i bought off those chinese websites that works pretty well in lighting them and the best part is that its rechargeable too and doubles as a light taser I guess if it really came down to it though it might just burn you instead of shocking you - its like a static shock but a tad stronger.
Note: There are a lot of two-prong electric arc lighters out there but the one i found is actually strong enough for cigars not just cigarettes/cigarillos. Most 2-prong ones are only strong enough for candles and cigarettes but not cigars, just have to find the stronger ones. These are also not allowed on airplanes, or I wouldn't think they would be.
