5pack for $30, 120mm PWM, best deal for the money.

ARCTIC P12 PWM PST (5 Pack) - 120 mm Case Fan, PWM Sharing Technology (PST), Pressure-optimised, Quiet Motor, Computer, 200-1800 RPM - Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HC782D5
The Antecs are 3 pin, the Arctics are 4 pin PWM, so they are capable of finer and faster voltage control and better automatic speed adjustment. That's the main reason for the price difference.

Also now the Antecs are back up to $20 for the pack.
vo_dan isn't wrong. The Arctic P12 is an objectively better fan. They may be louder than the Antec at max speed, but they also have a max speed of nearly double that of the Antecs. All fans will be louder at higher speeds, do to sound of moving air. There's no way around it without breaking the laws of physics. The Arctic P12 matching the Antec fans at 1000RPM are MUCH quieter, though. The Arctic P12 is among the quietest fans on the market at normal speeds. It has the same noise level as the Noctua NF-A12x25, the gold standard quiet high performance fan that's $30 per fan with comparable static pressure and CFM. Static pressure is even more important than CFM when the fan is installed anywhere where the fan will encounter air resistance, like fine mesh on a case, a radiator, a heatsink, etc. The Arctic P12 has 3X the static pressure of the Antec F12. All Arctic fans also have a 6-year no questions asked warranty, as opposed to 1-year for the Antec. Check out Gamers Nexus on YouTube for reviews. They're incredibly thorough with their testing and have both an anechoic chamber and a $60,000 fan testing machine (the same equipment the big fan manufactures use to test their fans).

Are these fans 5v? I have a usb 5v fan for my opnsense router box and im wondering if the bearings go bad one day if I can splice on a normal PC fan instead of replacing the whole thing

It'll work but it'll just run slower RPM. It's no different than setting the fan speed at 40%.

Antec (20.2 dBA) (30.28 CFM) and pressure (0.61 mmH2O) (1000 RPM)

Arctic P12 Airflow: 56.3 CFM/95.65 m³/h (@ 1800 RPM), Noise Level: 0.3 Sone (11dB) (Claim, can't find review)
Artic P14 @ 30 dBA 1250 RPM 33CFM (Linus Tech Tips review).

By specs the Antec seems to run quieter for the same CFM. If its even close I sure wouldn't pay twice as much for the small difference. But thanks for the suggested alternative.

Best bang for your buck fans if you don't really care what they look like. I've got the PWMs running 24/7 on one of my towers for 3+ years and they're still as silent as the day I bought them.
