P12 is better.
F12 and P12 are 1000 rpm. These fans are only for low noise. Do not expect high performance.

A: It's better than high performance fans, but not significantly quiet.

Q: F12 and P12. Which one is better?
A: P12.

Q: F12 and P12. Which one is cheaper?
A: F12.

Q: What do you recommend between F12 and P12.
A: P12.

Q: I want very quiet fans.
A: Buy PWM fans and control the RPM.

Q: I want very quiet fans, but I don't want to buy PWM.
A: Use F12 or P12 fans with Resistors.

You have to be careful using fan splitters. You can blow the fuse on your mobo if the load is too high. Make sure your mobo can handle it.

These fans only go up to 1000 RPM. I can't find how many amps it takes to start up these fans but 3 of these cans can probably run on a mobo fan header fine.

30cfm is ridiculously low for 120mm, at least they're be silent, but seem fairly pointless unless you do run a bunch of them.

Performance is relative. Not recommended for assembly of an Acme Bat-Man suit.

Hint : I always use a fan hub, feed a power to it and run all the fans from it. Also since the main is feed to the CPU, I can do speed modulation on it. Since this is a 3 pin, I Love it when it only rave up when the CPU is under load.
