No experience using this, thought it might work to get rid of mold/mildew stains from outdoor vinyl, which is does apparently, however note it's just bleach at up to 30% (plus fragrance and water). Basically, it's liquid pool shock.
Note the SDS[venismarine.com]lists sodium hypochlorite content at 10-30%, that's one hell of a spec range. My guess is it's on the lower end of that due to cost. Common pool shock[homedepot.com] will be 10%. That is $0.195/oz whereas this deal is $0.395/oz. At least it comes with a spray bottle.
Household bleach will be in the 5% range unless you get dollar store stuff which is even further diluted.
I generally buy pool shock then dilute it as needed. You can also use this for general exterior algae (wet and forget). Works great for spraying walks that have algae. I use it in a 1 gallon weed sprayer, but note at higher concentrations the bleach will attack steel components so you might have to rinse for storage.
