Part 1 is not the full game, right? The full game in the link is far more expensive.

If memory serves part one is almost like a really big demo but if you plan to buy the entire game you are always better off just buying it as a package on sale as you don't get much of a discount, if any, for purchasing it piecemeal.

Also, while not the full episodes, there is a bunch of World of Assassination content, training levels (which are actually decent), daily content, etc available to play free without purchasing anything. Plenty of content you can try before you buy. I think they call it the 'starter pack' or something silly.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of the modern (or really old) Hitman stuff, I liked Absolution era the best, you really could go wild between stealth and run and gun. Missions could quickly devolve into a full scale war but it wasn't an instant lose type thing. That was the best part like with MGS:V.

*on my work PC so can't double check right now...my job blocks video game websites but not anything else (and far worse) on the internet...

Edit: now on a normal people computer, the "start pack" seems to be no longer available to add to your account, now I see a demo (still "own" something according to Steam). As Dox83 mentioned, the repackage, number of editions, etc is just absurd and so confusing. It takes literal spreadsheets to map out all the different layers and access to content. Worse than an Ubisoft game.

The way they repackaged the game has made this game a no go for me. I hear great things about it but then they changed everything. Packed it together. I think they upped the price to $70 for the whole thing. Then there is a $100 version that is listed as the Deluxe version but isn't great at telling you what is in it. Though some reviewers on the comments do that for them.

From what I'm reading, Part One is basically just the HITMAN 1 content running inside the newer World of Assassination launcher. You get the 6 original maps plus Patient Zero, but not the HITMAN 2 or 3 campaigns, Freelancer mode, or VR. The normal/full World of Assassination version is the actual full trilogy bundle with all three main campaigns and most of the major content.
