Looks similar to G203 but lighter (85g vs 73g). I guess you could tell the difference, but not sure if it is worth it.

Comfort is always a personal thing depending on the grip style you use (just gotta go with mice in that category that you prefer)
But the G502 is a far superior mouse.
Corsair is NOT known for their mice. At half the price of the G502 however it's a much better price but don't swap if you already have the 502 unless you want to try out a new grip type from the 502

I'm thinking the Alienware mouse on Slickdeals is probably a better deal.
