From what I can tell: the lite is a less powerful version. The Go and Infinity seem to be the same unit and accessories, but the Infinity has a spare battery.

The infinity appears to come with a spare. So only $50 more for the battery and some extras. I have the Reach from Walmart. Paid $88 in November and it's definitely worth at least that. It's not amazing, but I prefer using it over our big heavy plug in vac. For $40-50 more I'd be tempted to get something better, but if the next best option is out of your price range, but you have a lot of space to cover, an extra battery would be very helpful. I can get all the non carpeted areas in my house in one go, and maybe a few minutes on high on the carpet.

Doesn't appear that it uses a HEPA filter. Website just says "High Performance Filter"

This vacuum is pretty mediocre. It works just alright for me but has worse performance than my old Dyson V6 unit. If you need anything at all then it'll work in a pinch, I guess?

Can you buy an adapter and use the Milwaukee or Dewalt batteries that come with power tools? I know you can do that with the Dyson handheld vacs.

Not worth it, all those eufy have sux suction, 17kPa max on full. So that cuts down the usage to between 15 to 25 minutes. Weak battery, low suction, don't recommend.
Even though is cheap, don't buy it. If u wanna stick vac, look for minimum 22kPa suction, 25kPa is ok.
