Biggest issue against Roku's is closed system. Plus they don't handle the highest end attachments as reliably well, such as some Atmos and Vision. However, camera's have been easy to use with all devices if your camera supports IP Camera Viewer Pro. Works great on all platforms.
GCCw/GTV is almost as good as Firestick, but it still has issues with some DV from Netflix.
Firestick 4K max just works with everything.
For tech people:
1. Firestick 4K max for reliability and 3rd party app support
2. GCCw/GTV for same, but can be glitchy
3. Roku
For tourists or guests that don't even own a PC (not needed, but an example of their non-tech understanding)
Just get a Roku

I haven't read thru all the posts so sorry if I duplicated someone else's post.
Performance and UI. The built-in apps typically lag far behind in development/features and are painful to use within a year or two - if not on day 1.
