Avoid non-stick cooking surfaces ... unless you enjoy eating the surface over time. Stainless all the way ...
This is ceramic not ptfe. Don't use metal and you'll be fine

Thank you for this. I have the stainless pot that came with the Pro 60, and this ceramic one should be much better.
Why would ceramic be better than stainless?

We have this. Bought it three years ago, after the regular steel one got bent cause it got dropped. Some things to be aware of - It's much lighter and flimsier than the steel bowl. The nonstick didn't last even a couple of months. We only hand wash and are generally careful handling non-stick. But this is not a premium non-stick coating (should be obvious at this price). But it's still doing its job. No other issues.

Edit: shoot, I just read it's not compatible with the Pro. Dangit lol
But this one doesn't come with the handle that's on the stainless steel, right? Looks not compatible

Genuinely curious: What type of improvements does the ceramic pot have over the stainless?

I've used the stainless for many years, but mine is getting a bit run down.
I bought one a couple of years ago, but it doesn't get much use. I thought it would be better for making rice. It works fine for that, but I've gone back to using the stainless pot for just about everything, including rice. I don't sear in my stainless pot, so there's never a problem cleaning. Although it's ceramic, I worry about scratching the inside, but I probably don't need to. It's convenient if you need a second pot, but that's about it.

InstantHome has the 6 quart Dutch Oven (black) for $99.96+tax (after 40% coupon). That's the lowest I've seen it. https://www.instanthome.com/shop/deal-week

I have one of these, and my instant pot fails to build pressure. The rubber seal slips as it doesn't have enough friction.
The size is right and I tried the extra seal that came with my instant pot. No issues using it with the stock steel pot.
Interesting. I guess I'll just return it if it doesn't work for some reason.

Press down on the lid once you hear hissing from pressure building. I used this liner in my old (original version) 6 qt Duo and the newer Duo I bought 2 weeks ago (the switch style pressure release), no problem fully sealing.

Read past the word -> "It is also plastic PTFE and PFOA free.". For folks wanting to use Teflon coating - go post your comments on another thread. This one is Teflon-Crap free.

I use my IPs all the time. Stews, soups, roasts, Mississippi Pot Roast especially, proofing dough, hard boiled eggs, brown or white rice, searing meat, the ceramic pot has been great! Zero issues. Don't use metal utensils and it'll be fine.
