Heavily invested into Blink System >5 years, I wouldn't recommend these now. The quality hasn't improved, the lag between motion and notification sucks (yes, my wifi is fine). As a grandfather user w/ free cloud I kept my system.

I certainly wouldn't spend money on this because there's really nothing "good" about these now as even the cloud isn't free.

Yes I totally agree with you on this.

I got the motion alert more than 30 seconds later, whatever got detected by the camera already long gone.

The $50 LaView two camera bundle works much better.

Sure if you want to pay for membership to save and view previous recordings. Without membership or sync module you will only be able to view recordings once when you get the alert.
