I never buy these from Amazon regardless of price because you can't tell if they are fakes. Basically I buy them in a store if I'm in a pinch but usually stock up from Sonicare directly when they have promos.

They used to offer a subscription program right through Sonicare that was cheaper than all other everyday options but I'm not sure if that's still available.

Why can't you tell if they're fake - Philips Sonicare is printed right on each brush, Amazon lists them as genuine and they are being sold from the Philips Sonicare Store on Amazon?

I don't mess with these deals anymore. Target sells a 6-pack of Pursonic replacement heads for $19.99 off sale that are good quality.
