Target: Unlock a stackable 15% off a qualifying storewide purchase as a thank you for your loyalty. 10/1-10/7 only.
Target mentions the offer is stackable with circle week offers. I did a test run with a 20% off cereal Target circle offer and it did stack the 15%. It could be useful as more circle week offers appear outside of the exclusion list. Xbox is one of the brands not excluded.

It didn't stack for me either, Target most likely considers it as a category coupon.

You can get a $70 xbox game(from the list in the link above) free w/console purchase(doesn't work with Diablo bundle) right now. It stacks with the sitewide coupon as posted by BIGCTM. I don't think you can do better than this on Black Friday especially if Target gave you 20% off. Additional 5% off with REDcard or Discover IT or Chase Freedom(Paypal).
