1) Always use sweet barely roasted beans because roasting ruins the true flavor of coffee
2) Use $1000 burr grinder so no grounds are of different size.
3) Use $3,000 espresso machine so pressure and temperature are always at the perfect level.
4) Wonder why your $4,000 cup of coffee tastes the same as your $2 pour over.
