I have many things that bake/cook at 350° in light color pans and when I use dark color pans I just bake/cook at 325° and they come out fantastic.
Same with turning down normally 375° bake items to 350° when using dark pans.
It's actually the opposite of 'reflection' at work here. It's heat 'absorption' and the dark pans absorb and hold heat just a bit more than silver-color pans.
These are factory coated with a non-stick coating.
The oil of seasoning wouldn't even penetrate the non-stick coating, so it would be of no help, and even harmful.
