Final trade-in value includes promotional credit of $100. So it's not trade-in value + $100.

1. You need a plan and the cheapest one is 15 + tax
2. You need to keep the plan active for at least 67 days
3. After 67 days, you need to call/chat to request unlock
4. Your total initially when placing the order is 399 + tax
5. After you send in your trade and they receive it, it will take around 2-3 weeks to receive the trade in credit. Depending the agent who processes your trade in but I believe most of the time, it will post to your account and you need to call in to request them crediting back to your CC.

You will pay 399+ tax when placing the order. After they process your trade in, you will get whatever the amount (218 in your case) crediting to your account. The 36 months contract is only for payment plan. You can cancel your plan anytime after the trade is processed and your phone is unlock if you pay in full.

A question for the member that have had both Internet and mobile service with spectrum for a while now. I have a credit on the TV/Internet account from overpaying a few months ago. Will I be able to make a payment for mobile service with my account credit or is it impossible since we are set up with auto pay by default?

You won't be able to unlock it right away. They're cracking down for all devices now. The S23 was an outlier and I was able to unlock ASAP too.

It was unlocked immediately? I've had the same 60 days response for both razr+ and the Fold 5 and this was after probably 6 or more CS calls that I've tried. You are either very lucky or it's model specific. The only time they unlocked immediately for me was the S23 and that was it.

A lot of stores don't have a large stock. They always sell out really fast from my experience.

I placed the order with a trade-in of my Moto G Power(XT2041dl).
I received an email from Spectrum about the Trade-in. In the email, the model number is XT2041-6 instead of XT2041DL. Can it be a problem?

I had the same thing with my Pixel 5 trade in being listed as a different model. In the end, I doubt it makes any difference.
