2. You need to keep the plan active for at least 67 days
3. After 67 days, you need to call/chat to request unlock
4. Your total initially when placing the order is 399 + tax
5. After you send in your trade and they receive it, it will take around 2-3 weeks to receive the trade in credit. Depending the agent who processes your trade in but I believe most of the time, it will post to your account and you need to call in to request them crediting back to your CC.
Hope that helps

Sounds like the free one I posted a few days ago from XDA. Temporary until factory reset.

Remote unlocking: Our unlocking service is performed remotely using your Computer and eliminating the need to send in your device or visit a physical store.
Click on "Offer Details" and it says: " If new phone paid in full, credit applied to purchase. If new phone financed, credit applied to bill in pro-rated increments for the duration of the Device Payment Plan."
Also, their FAQ states: "After your device is processed, you'll receive a credit for the assessed value. If you've paid for your new device in full, the trade-in credit will be refunded to your credit card within two billing cycles. Otherwise, a monthly credit will be applied to your Device Payment Plan in equal parts over the duration of the plan, starting within two billing cycles."
"Limited time offer; subject to change; offers applies to qualified Mobile customers without any outstanding obligation to Charter. Promotion requires enrollment in a 36 mos. Device Payment Plan. If mobile service cancelled, remaining balance on Device Payment Plan becomes due.
Does this mean one has to be on the plan for 36 months? Even though it is unlocked
