I got a phone and paid in full and activated 10 days back. Now if I buy another pixel will it be an issue to unlock the old one after 60 days?

They do ask SSN everything we order phone. Do they do soft check?

What does purchasing another phone have to do with unlocking a previously purchased and already activated phone? If that's an issue I'm in big trouble because I've purchased 4 so far. My concern is do I have to keep them turned on and pretend I'm using them each day or can I just turn them off for 2 months. I'd even like to pull the SIM cards and try them in my OnePlus 11 to see how good the service works but that feels risky to me. I've already hit 21GB on the one pixel I'm actually using and I have not been throttled so that's a good sign. I hit 5GB hotspot and then got an email and they throttled the speeds to about 3mb up and down yesterday.

well, when you call for unlock, they check to see if the phone is active or not. it needs to be active for 60 days. you only use it for 10 days then upgrade to another device. so u want to unlock 1st device or 2nd device or both at the same time???

Just curious where are you seeing any verbage in the terms and conditions regarding the phone needing to be "active" for 60 days? Everything I've seen so far mentions the account being open for 60 days.

I have no personal experience with spectrum Mobile until this deal. It's miserable trying to dig through old spectrum Mobile posts for useful info because of all the garbage posts. It's only been 2 weeks since these got delivered and if course nobody has gotten them officially unlocked so far. What exactly does that have to do with the question I asked you?

I'm not interested in calling spectrum at this point. I really appreciate the information you have been sharing. I have asked chat support and of course they said it can't be unlocked for 60 days.

it won't be an issue, they can look up your previous phones, or by IMEI. I've done several phones no issue unlocking.
