This is the new world. Amazon charging $2 for in-garage option. Prime videos will have ads with no price reduction. Restaurants charging "inflation fees." Fast food places charging an extra $1 for a thimble of ketchup. Veterinarians charging $25 fee to administer your own meds to a pet while they are hospitalized and a $15 fee to approve an Rx. Local hospital charging my insurance company an $1,800(!) "facility fee" for every 1-hour outpatient physical therpay session (on top of the PT charge) - 3x per week!. Some warehouses are now charing $200 to pick up orders. It's all ridiculous. The consuer is now paying for the cost of business twice - once w/ the item that already has these costs built into the price and a second time with the standlone fees.

All the Sam's Club deals are usually new members only. We just alternate account names between the wife and I.

New email, new dummy address, virtual credit card, random phone number, random name, VPN or use mobile data. That should bypass whatever they're checking. They don't verify ID or need to print cards these days.

Not seeing the discount deal. I never had a Sam's club account and the link takes me to the app that says sign up for $50. Is it working for anyone else?

If you have gmail your email but add +sams or whatever you want. For example if you email is john123@gmail you would make it john123+sams@gmail. The next time you can do the same but + something else. It'll still go to your same gmail but it's a different email address according to sams

My membership expired 2 months ago so I switched to Costco for their new member promo. I like Sams better. Does anyone know if my son who was my secondary member would be considered a new member if he's the primary?

You need plus membership to get free curbside pick up and free shipping. Its worth it for me

Ok so I got it. Make sure you're using the link provided. This will also automatically sign you up for auto renewal which you can cancel later. I used my Microsoft email vs my Gmail which I used previously. Same name. Husbands phone #. Don't add your complimentary second membership when signing up either as it's not allowed with the promotion sign up. But it states under that tab that you can do that later. I also didn't include my apartment # in my address but idk if that helped. After making my account there was a green tag at the bottom saying "offer code applied" I also used my Venmo Debit card vs the one I had w Sams for scan and go but I also can't remember which one I used for the original sign up. I hope this helps someone.
